(These notes were scribbled down quickly. I can vaguely remember the alien one... though no longer in detail. The zombie one... hardly. These will make no sense to anyone else I'm sure.)
Alien warehouse cloth
"Yes... blue eyes." Brother apparently has belief that future 'mate' will have blue eyes... not a feature of the species.
"Isn't that... sporty?" (Apparently females of the specie are supposed to be reserved and well mannered... 'proper'.)
Rival wooing sister while brother was gone. Tries to trap them in warehouse.
Brother being off planet able to climb wire blocking door, tears off fan cover and rams the blade into one of moving fans.

Houses with fenced yards (Suburbs?)
Lady who had been prepared for attack, took us in.
Cat was "Neighborhood Cat". Looked almost like a large Bengal.
Cat was important for some reason.
